Treating Wastewater

Wastewater treatment or reclamation is cleaning used water and sewage so it can be returned safely to the environment. The goal is to reduce or remove organic matter, solids, nutrients, disease-causing organisms and other pollutants from the used water. In other words reclaim it and send it back into the environment for reuse.
